Golf Cart Rates & Policies
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to rent a golf cart.
- Must have a credit card number on file.
- Operators under the age of 16 or without a valid driver’s license must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Golf carts must stay on roads and paved paths – they are not allowed on nature trails.
- Operating a golf cart during quiet hours is not permitted.
- Maximum passenger load is four persons.
- All passengers must be seated in the cart with hands and feet inside at all times.
- The management will return to the office any cart not being used or cared for in an appropriate manner – resulting in forfeiture of payment.
- Renters will be charged $5.00 for each lost golf cart key.
- Additional charges will be passed to the credit card on file for damage as a result of neglect or abuse of the equipment. This includes damage to lights and tires from improper use.
- $100 – Minimum charge for damage to golf cart beyond normal use.
Bike Rental Rates & Policies
- Must be at least 18 years old to rent.
- Credit card is required for security deposit.
- Bikes are not allowed on sidewalks or grass.
- Locks must be returned in the open position.
- Additional charges will be assessed to the credit card for missing or damaged equipment
