Banquet Hall
Our banquet hall can host a variety of activities and events. Our new modern facility is equipped with all the technology to host any event for your group or rally. The building has a full size modern kitchen, restrooms, heat/AC and multiple lighting possibilities. Our building is designed with a large open space floor plan and can seat approximately 200 people. It is located beside our beautiful 35 acre lake with a porch facing the lake. Available extras include: dance floor, PA system and movie theatre.
Kitchen Facilities
The banquet hall is equipped with a full service kitchen area. It is available for groups preparing their own meals or for catering. The kitchen is equipped with convection oven, stove top, industrial hood system, commercial sink, refrigerator and freezer space. Some utensils and cooking equipment are also available for use.
Reservations
Groups interested in holding a rally at WillowTree Resort should first contact the front office. The front office will coordinate booking your rally, check availablility and provide rate information. We recommend booking your rally a minimum of nine months in advance in order to keep your group together. RV sites for rallies will be held for members of the group up to twelve weeks before arrival date. Any remaining unreserved sites will become available to any reservation at that time. The front office will be happy to answer all your questions and assist you with booking your rally. Discounted rates are dependent on the size of the group.
