Reservations: Our reservation specialists are located at the resort and provide customer service directly from our registration office. In order to reserve a site or cottage, a deposit payment is required. Deposits and reservations are made by speaking directly with a reservation specialist. Sites: We note requested sites and reserve by site type, although we make every effort to
accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific sites by number when it prevents occupancy.
Check In/Registration: 1:00 pm check-in time for RV sites and 3:00 pm for cottages. Guests must register at the office before going to an RV Site or Cottage. Late arrival arrangements must be made with the office. Late
arrivals with golf carts may not use the golf cart before registration.
A gate code is required to enter the park after p.m.
Check-Out/Departure: 12:00 noon is check-out time for RV sites and cottages. Amenity privileges end at
12:00 noon. Use of amenities after check-out time is prohibited.
Late Check Out: Late check- out is not always an option and never offered on holiday weekends or before registration. When offered, fees apply and check out time is 5:00 p.m. The offer is limited to the availability of the same site only.
Early Departure: WillowTree is not responsible for early departures necessitated by weather, illness, work schedules, personal emergencies or other situations affecting our guests. Fees are not refunded for early departure.
Cancellation Policy: We hope you will be able to stay with us. However, if you find you must cancel,
simply provide us with the appropriate notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Non-Seasonal RV sites: We will return the balance of your deposit minus the $20.00 service charge when you
cancel seven (7) days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. We do not refund deposits when you cancel six (6) days or less of your arrival date. - Cottages: All deposits are non-refundable.
- Seasonal RV sites: We will return the balance of your deposit minus the $25.00 service charge when
you cancel thirty-one (31) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We do not refund deposits when you cancel thirty (30) days or less of your arrival date.
Note: If any night of your stay is on our holiday list, the deposit is non-refundable
