Snowbird Packages
November 1st 2013 – April 30th 2014
PULL –THROUGH SITES ONLY
- $1,300.00 for 90 consecutive nights
- $397.50 for 30 extended nights
- $13.25 for single extended nights
- $125.00 site deposit
- $100.00 electric deposit at registration
- Based on availablility of the same site only
Minimum 90 consecutive nights required to receive seasonal rates.
Extended nights must be consecutive to the first 90.
Electricity is metered and charged for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy: If you find you must cancel or shorten your stay, simply provide us with notice 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, not including the arrival date. With appropriate notice, we will return your deposit less a $25.00 service fee. We do not refund deposits without a 30 day notice. Additionally, guests who do not provide a 30-day notice of cancelled nights for a shortened stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights.
