Willow Tree RV Resort makes RV storage simple and convenient. We can store boats, pop-ups, Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels and Motorhomes. Let us help you save Time and Money when it comes time to camp. All we need is 24 hours notice and we will have your rig put on-site for you.

  • Storage payments are due in monthly. The first storage payment is due at the signing of the contract for each day of storage until the 1st day of the next month.
  • Storage Area and Access. The storage area provides outdoor storage on a gravel lot. The area is located within the park’s gated perimeter and includes security fencing and cameras. We request the Customer to provide WillowTree at least 24 hours’ notice of their intention to enter the storage area, remove the vehicle from storage, or request transport to the wash pad or to a site.
  • Entrance into the storage area is available during office hours only.

RV Storage Signup

This is a signup for guests interested in storing their RV or other recreation vehicle in the secure storage yard. Once submitted a staff member will reach out to you to schedule the unit drop off and to confirm certain aspects of the storage agreement. 

This is not a guarantee for storage, we ask that you do not bring your unit until a staff member schedules a time.

RV Storage Terms & Conditions

You will be asked to sign an agreement that included the following terms prior to storing with us. There is no need to print anything, we will have your personalized agreement waiting for you at your scheduled drop-off time. 

RV (vehicle) Storage Fees: $2.50 per day for each day of the month during the storage period. Fees are due on the 1st of each month for long term stays. Fees are due at time of storage for short term reservation.

Golf Cart Storage Fees are $2.50 per day for each day of the month during the storage period. Fees are due on the 1st of each month.

RV (vehicle) & Golf Cart Combo Storage Fees are $3.50 per day for each day of the month during the storage period.

While unit(s) is in storage DO NOT MAKE ONLINE reservations unless you attach the storage number behind the last name of storage contract person. System will not recognize unit if booked online resulting in NO UNIT placed on site. Plus, a fee of $25 for every reservation made online.

It is hereby agreed by and between the above names Customer and Buck Creek RVR, LLC d/b/a Willow Tree RV Resort (Willow Tree) that, as of the above date, and for the consideration stated above that:

  1. Willow Tree agrees to store the above names RV (vehicle), and/or transport appropriate vehicles to and from a Willow Tree RV Site and/or wash pad and Willow Tree storage.
  2. Storage Period: The storage period begins on the first day the vehicle is stored and ends the date the vehicle is permanently removed from storage. Regardless of temporary removal, the vacant days on your storage site will be charged as if it were there. This ensures the site is available to you upon arrival.
  3. Storage payments: Storage payments are due in monthly increments in advance on the first day of each month at the rate shown above. The first storage payment is due at the signing of the contract for each day of storage until the 1st day of the following month. Storage payments are due and payable unless Customer has provided in advance notice in writing that the vehicle is to be permanently removed before the 1st day of the month. Willow Tree does not mail invoices for storage fees and does not refund advance payments. If payment is not received by the due date, the Customer agrees to pay a late fee of $10 for each past due payment. If a payment is thirty (30) days past due, the Customer agrees to pay a late fee of $10, plus 5% of the amount past due.  
  4. Storage Access: All past due payments must be made prior to removing the unit/vehicle from storage. The Customer agree to provide Willow Tree at least 24 hours’ notice of their intention to remove the vehicle from storage, or request transport to the wash pad or to a site. Entrance into the storage area is available only during office hours and with an authorized Escort from Willow Tree.
  5. RV Repairs/Maintenance: Willow Tree required proof of liability insurance for any vendor/sub-contractor before it may conduct any repair or service on property. The office must be notified before any vendor/sub-contractor performs the service and an acceptable certificate of liability insurance must be provided. Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for any damage because of uninsured performance of any repair or maintenance. In the event a repair or maintenance will be time consuming, Willow Tree may require the vehicle to be transported to a site or wash pad during repair.
  6. Willow Tree is not liable for theft, collision, fire, or damage of any kind to the vehicle, except when its negligence is the direct cause for the same and then Willow Tree is liable only up to the retail value of said used vehicle as determined by the standard RV & Camper Kelly Blue Book Value. Willow Tree is not liable for the loss of use of the vehicle. Private property left in the vehicle is left there at the Customer’s Risk. Willow Tree is not liable for any damage or loss to said property.  Customer agrees to collect for any loss under its policy of insurance prior to making a claim against or pursuing any action against Willow Tree.
  7. Customer represents the prior to storing vehicle:
    1. All propane tanks have been closed.
    2. All personal items have been removed and any loose items secured.
    3. All food and trash have been removed and disposed of; and
    4. The vehicle has been winterized if being stored during the winter.
  8. Customer agrees not to store any explosives or any flammable, odorous, noxious, corrosive, and hazardous or pollutant materials in the vehicle.
  9. Upon customer’s default, Willow Tree has all the rights stated in any applicable Section of the South Carolina Code, including but not limited to Section 29-15-10 of the South Carolina Code, including a lien upon the vehicle. In the event that Willow Tree incurs attorney fees, costs and/or other expenses to recover any sums due under this agreement or in defense of any demand, claim or action brought against Willow Tree by Customer or due to any default by Customer, Customer agrees to pay Willow Tree the attorney fees, costs and/or other expenses incurred.
  10. Customer agrees that Willow Tree may release its stored property upon demand by an agent of any lender, who claims to have obtained the right to repose said property. Customer agrees to hold Willow Tree harmless for the release of said property as stated.
  11. Customer agrees to timely pay any taxes and or fees assessed on their stored property by Horry County.
  12. All items herein, including but not limited to rated and conditions may be changed by Willow Tree upon 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) written notice to Customer at Customer’s address as stated above or as changed by Customer in writing either delivered personally by Willow Tree at its office or by certified mail, return receipt requested.
  13. This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and may not be modified except in writing or as otherwise stated herein.

NOTE: Southern Sights Drive is a private paved entrance road into the park from Old Buck Creek Road. The GPS may incorrectly direct to the old logging road entrance which is not serviceable. The alternate GPS address is 2000 Old Buck Creek Road, Longs SC 29568 which is near the park entrance.

PARK ENTRANCE

The park entrance road is paved with barrier arm gates. Once closed in the evening a gate code is required to re-enter.

Sponsor: The Sponsor of The WillowTree RV Resort & Campground Photo Contest is WillowTree RV Resort & Campground.

1. Eligibility:
The WillowTree RV Resort & Campground Photo Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is open to all campers who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules:
By entering the Contest, the contestant (“You”) agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Contest.

3. Contest Period:
All entries must be submitted within the time frame of the Contest as stated by the Sponsor. Entries submitted before or after the time frame as stated by the Sponsor will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter:
To enter the Contest, participants must upload a photo taken during their stay at WillowTree RV Resort & Campground through the designated entry form on the official contest webpage https://willowtreervr.com/photo-contest/. All entries must be original and taken by the participant. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Contest, as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Contest may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Contest, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Submissions should not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content. By entering, participants affirm that they have obtained any necessary permissions from individuals featured in the photo.

5. Ownership of Imagery:
By participating in the Contest and submitting photos, participants agree to grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted photos for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Contest and the resort, including but not limited to website, social media, and print materials. Participants will retain the copyright to their photos.

6. Judging:
Photos will be judged based on creativity, originality, composition, and relevance to the WillowTree RV Resort & Campground experience. The Sponsor will review all eligible entries and select the winner(s).

7. Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to the top entry or entries (the “Winner(s)”) as determined by the Sponsor. The prizes and number of winners will be announced by the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, or if the provided contact information is incorrect, another winner will be selected. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

9. Publicity:
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and submitted photos for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability:
Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the use of the awarded prizes.

11. General Conditions:
WillowTree RV Resort & Campground reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event of any unauthorized intervention or any other causes beyond its control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by the Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law:
The Contest is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By participating in the WillowTree RV Resort & Campground Photo Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used for promotion.
